As perennial admirers of well-appointed homes, it felt only right for us to see how this spot lives. Quintessentially mid-mod enough to make even Don Draper go all green-eyed, these digs have been delectably well preserved. As far as specifics go, there are 4 beds, 3 baths, and near countless original details to admire. The entry itself is packed full of character thanks to the original door, partitioned glass, and clean, wooden pony wall. From there, the space transitions into an open living area whose floor to ceiling windows, exposed beams, wood flooring, and stand-out fireplace all fuse to create a remarkably aesthetic vibe.

It’s one of the coolest spots in which we’ve scarfed down chips and dip, to be sure.

Architectural integrity aside, the equally alluring location is also worth noting. Quaint and connected, the neighborhood is tranquil and idyllic but still adjacent to all manner of local restaurants and retail.

Move-in ready and as mint as they come, this one is the real deal, folks.
