Maybe you saw it when we listed it last week. In fact, with a space this striking, it’s unlikely that you missed it. Perched among the pines of Summit Park, this space has been dubbed “Treehaus,” and it’s the latest Passive House project brought to us by incomperable Chris Price (along with the folks at Park City Design + Build). With such an arresting exterior and such innovative innerworkings, it's no wonder that this home has already kicked up quite a commotion (and was even featured by Curbed.com). Clean lines meet clean design, and this is the stuff of our dizziest COLLECTIVE daydreams.
